>Direction for use:
you can either add Activa Fresh Yeast directly to flour
or can first dissolve the yeast in water ,and proceed as usual.
>Dosage:
It is recomended to add 3 packs of 500g of Activa
fresh yeast to 50 kg of flour .However,dosage may
vary for different recipes,production process or individuals preferences.
>Packing:
Carton boxes of 12 kg net containing 24 pieces of 500g packages.
>Storage:
Fresh yeast hasd to be kept in storage room with
temperature between 0 C. and 5 C.
